If you have an event that you would like added to the Community Calendar, please e-mail the details to pvonstackelberg@alfredny.info. Make sure you provide the following:

• the name of your event
• the name of your organization and contact information for anyone wanting information about the event
• a brief description of the event, including information on location
• the date and time the event starts
• the date and time the event concludes (if this is not provided, we assume the event will last two hours)

Please provide the name, phone number, and e-mail address of a contact person for your organization in case ALFREDNY.INFO needs to contact you. We will not publish this information if you include a request to keep it confidential.
